  St. Louis is 120 miles northwest of Cape Girardeau and 126 miles east of Columbia. It is accessible via Interstate Highways 70, 44, 64 and 55.   Metrolink, St. Louis’ light rail system, is an affordable, clean and efficient way of seeing many of the attractions in St. Louis.
